SLA Contract Management / Monitoring
The system provides vital business support in terms of PbR contract management/monitoring. CLARITY delivers :
- PbR & non-PbR activity & tariff
- SLA/contract modelling

- SLA performance monitoring
CLARITY employs all the PbR algorithms & rules currently defined by the DoH. Activity & finance information is available at a patient level. Data is 'fed' automatically & routinely from the Trust PAS.

Corporate Reporting (1) - Management Dashboards
Business Intelligence (OLAP) software is deployed for corporate reporting purposes. This technology supports the delivery of 'snapshot' views of information in the form of management dashboards. These management dashboards are the ideal means of delivering key intelligence to information 'generalists' and directorate level managers. All management dashboards are web enabled and are accessible from the CLARITY web portal.

Local Control / Validated Data Source
The CLARITY data warehouse is completely under the control of the Trust. Importantly this means that the underlying data is open to local interrogation and analysis. All reports/analysis are generated upon a locally validated and trusted data source.
