Sollis Clarity can be tailored to meet the needs of your health and care system with the optional modules described here.
The Advanced Costing module enables the Population Health Management module to price primary and secondary care activity. Going beyond national tariffs, it supports local contractual arrangements and payment mechanisms, including local tariffs, local specialised commissioning rules, pathway commissioning, capitated budgets, and outcomes-based commissioning arrangements.
You can support multiple commissioning models for ‘what if’ analyses, and price shadow contracts to support confidence building and risk sharing arrangements.
This module includes the KPI Manager for performance monitoring, and operational and basic management reports.
This module is included with core Acute Provider Costing and Grouping solution.
Provider Performance Reporting
With this module you can view and export operational reporting on acute and other providers. It also includes advanced pre-configured management reports, which detail contract positions automatically after data import, grouping and costing processing.
This module requires the Advanced Costing Engine, which is included with Acute Provider Costing and Grouping, but is optional for Population Health Management.
The urgent care analytics dashboard can support urgent and emergency care vanguards, and alert GPs regarding individual patients via local GP practice dashboards.
Disease specific clinical dashboards can be developed on request to help improve the management of specific diseases and may also include additional analyses from third parties.
The Dashboard Builder enables local analysts to quickly build and share interactive dashboard reports, to help reveal new insights and be more responsive to local priorities.
Additional Risk Modules
Population Health Management comes with eight standard predictive models. Disease specific risk models and alternative frailty markers can be included to meet your local requirements.
Additional Data Sets
lace based systems of care will benefit from data import and costing using our additional data modules. Available individually or as an integrated module, they provide a monthly (or more frequent) feed of population data from across the care continuum.
Additional data modules include:
- Community care
- Mental Health
- Adult Social Care
Local MIG Integration
This module interfaces Sollis Clarity with the local Medical Interoperability Gateway (MIG) to provide advanced, more up-to-the minute clinical information from a range of systems, to support better clinical decision-making.
