Privacy Policy

Robust Information Governance is crucial to our business, so we understand how important it is to be open and clear about our use of cookies, and to comply with European Union Law in this regard.

What information do we collect?

If you fill in our contact form or register to download resources, we collect information that relates to and identifies you (for example, your name and email address). We also collect non-identifying information about your visit, for Google Analytics.

How is this information collected?

Information that relates to and identifies you is collected only if you:

  • fill in the contact form on the Contact Us page,
  • request a demo of Clarity,
  • register to download white papers or any other PDFs,
  • register as a Sollis Clarity customer or user.

Non-identifying information about your visit to the website is collected using Google Analytics cookies. Cookies are perfectly safe to be stored on your computer or web-enabled device and almost all web browsers have cookie storing enabled as default. However, all browsers have the option of disabling cookies being stored on your computer if you wish to do this.

What do we do with this information?

If you’d like to get in touch through the website, we ask you to provide us with your name and email address (so we can get back to you) and some details about any products or services you are interested in, or any feedback you’d like to leave us. If you register to download a file, we ask for your email address so that we can send you a link to verify your email address and access the file download. We may also contact you at a later date via your submitted email address. If you do not wish to be contacted after downloading a PDF, please click the link in the email to let us know.

This information is stored securely in our customer relationship management (CRM) system. Your privacy is important to us, and we will never provide your contact details to a third party.

We use cookies to remember you when you visit the website, page views, how long you stayed, which country you’re from — standard website stuff. This builds up a profile of how you and other visitors use the website so that we can continue to improve your experience here. We do not store personally identifiable information in our cookie data.
