To help support your use of Sollis Clarity and help you realise the maximum benefit, Sollis offers a comprehensive range of professional services, which can be tailored to your needs. They include:

  • Hosting with an NHS accredited N3 ISP
  • Information Governance (IG) advice and support
  • Coaching and training
  • Dashboard build services (including KPI tailoring)
  • Local system tailoring, including setup of local costs, specialist rules engines and advanced contracts
  • Bespoke development services

In addition, we offer an initial four month professional services engagement, supported by the full population health analysis service. Sollis specialist consultants using Sollis Clarity provide new insights and opportunities to a local health economy (Integrated Care System, Sustainability and Transformation Plan, Primary Care Home or other).

Project Management

At Sollis we follow industry standard Project Management processes to provide planning, oversight and control of Implementations. Our PRINCE2 certified Project Managers provide customers with a single point of contact to drive the implementation of each project from the planning stage through to completion. Our project management methodology is based on PRINCE2 principles, tailored to your implementation.

Every implementation is allocated a dedicated Project Manager to manage the appropriate resources and personnel required to deliver our tools and services. They will ensure that the solution is configured and tested to the parameters and timeframes agreed with you.

For each implementation the Project Manager puts together a team of dedicated, skilled professionals from the start to ensure a successful project initiation, execution and implementation. The Project Manager takes full responsibility for every aspect of the project lifecycle from initiation through to installation and handover.

Customers have a single point of contact, keeping the project team well versed with regular feedback and progress; managing planning, risk and issues, change and configuration. At the end of the project, the Project Manager formally closes the project with you through a process of review and sign-off, ensuring all points have been delivered and areas for improvement or future change are identified and documented.
