Our Project Managers provide customers with a single point of contact to drive the implementation of each project from the planning stage through to completion. Our project management methodology is based on PRINCE2 principles, tailored to your implementation, and employ world class ISO 9001:2008 certified processes.
Every implementation is allocated a dedicated Project Manager or Implementation Consultant to manage the appropriate resources and personnel required to deliver our tools and services. They will ensure that the solution is configured and tested to the parameters and timeframes agreed with you.
For each implementation the Project Manager puts together a team of dedicated, skilled professionals from the start to ensure a successful project initiation, execution and implementation. The Project Manager takes full responsibility for every aspect of the project lifecycle from initiation through to installation and handover.
Customers have a single point of contact, keeping the project team well versed with regular feedback and progress; managing planning, risk and issues, change and configuration. At the end of the project, the Project Manager formally closes the project with you through a process of review and sign-off, ensuring all points have been delivered and areas for improvement or future change are identified and documented.
